3、XX水源
XX水源位于XX镇镇XX村XX组境内，离县城7km。2001年，XX水厂尚未作改扩建，县城仅靠XX水厂6000吨/日供应，夏季用水高峰时常出现供不应求现象。为确保县城的正常供水，供水企业筹措200多万元，在XX建了一座4000吨/日的水厂，作为县城的补充水源，因为有了XX水源，极大的提高了县城的供水保证率。
X月X日，XX县政协组织各届别委员共X人，对3个饮用水源保护区进行了实地调研，并将情况报告如下：

二、饮用水源保护区存在的环境问题
1、XX水源点远离城区，且周围居民极少，人畜生活的污染较小，但由于保护区面积较大植被茂盛，并与周边村庄的生活区无隔离带，村民一但放火烧荒较易发生火灾。两岸植被一但受到破坏，爆雨过后将严重影响水库水质，
2、XX水源点地处石山区，周边山坡是混交灌木，自然防火性能较大，多年来都没有发生山火，植被较好。北面有X亩稻田和XX亩山坡地对水源水质有一定影响，供水企业已在田与水塘之间砌筑了一条截水沟，引导山洪水的稻田溢水流至水塘下游，多年以来源水水质较好。
