Working experience in academic environment and technical environment pushes me a lot to appraise different values of different types of career. 'Technology is power' is the logion said by Den Xiaoping, who is the main designer of Chinese reforming and opening policy. But the propagation of technology is more important. My ultimate goal is to do researching and teaching work. So it is worthy to spend four to five years for an advanced study in related area. I think it can help me a lot in future occupation promotion and enhance my quality both in technical and academic fields.

With many similar experience in this area I provided a model for the routine based on form, which characterized the main feature of everyday handling in office. Some days ago, I had a chance to meet with the head of Peking University New Technology pany. He told me of their new product of textual search in whole context. They can distinguish the titles and text intelligently. I think what they have done is the same as once I did in the model of form-based handling systems.
