雌激素对老年早期大鼠卵巢结构及功能的影响

提要: 目的观察老年早期大鼠应用雌激素后卵巢结构及功能的变化。方法建立老年早期大鼠模型,采用放射免疫法测
定应用雌激素后外周血浆促卵泡生成素(FSH) ,促黄体生成素(LH) ,雌二醇( E) 及睾酮(T) 水平。卵巢组织切片观察卵巢结构的改
变。结果老年早期大鼠应用雌激素后外周血 FSH 明显降低,E2 水平明显上升,T水平明显降低。卵巢门细胞减少,卵巢基质相对
增生。结论老年早期大鼠应用雌激素后可影响卵巢结构及功能。
