深圳地铁 26 标材料管理探讨
摘要
在建筑工程项目的成本构成中,工程材料的费用占到整个项目成本
的 60%以上。在项目的实施过程中,做好材料的计划、采购和现场管理,
不仅能保证工程质量,而且能降低成本,提高企业的经济效益。所以,
如何在工程项目实施的过程中,处理好工期、质量、成本三者关系,做
好材料管理,是关系到整个项目成功与否的关键。
首先,本文简述了深圳地铁 26 标主要项目的施工方法和工艺流程、
通过对施工计划和材料计划实施情况分析,找出材料计划和实际材料消
耗之间存在的偏差的原因,并对施工过程中材料计划管理采取的改进措施
提出了优化方案。
其次,在采购管理方面,重点对深圳地铁 26 标在 ABC 分类法以及
价格波动条件下的螺纹钢采购等方面进行了探讨。
最后,在施工材料现场管理方面重点对优化前后的施工平面布置图
做了对比分析,并对分包工程的材料供应和管理进行了探讨,介绍了深圳
地铁 26 标的材料管理办法。

DISCUSSION ON MATERIAL MANAGEMEENT OF
SHENZHEN METRO 26TH SECTION
ABSTRACT
In construction projects, expenses of materials accounts for 60% of the
whole project cost. During the project construction process, a good plan,
purchase and site management of materials can not only affect construction
quality, but can also reduce cost and increase economic benefit. So, keep a
good relation between construction duration, quality and cost and a good
material management are keys points for the ess of the whole project.
Firstly, this paper brief discusses the construction method and technics
process of the key items in Shenzhen metro 26th section . we find the gap
between actual consumption and target, the root causes are also identified
through analyse construction plan and material plan that put into practise, and
then some improvement actions are taken to optimized for plan management

of material in construction course.
Secondly, in the aspect of material purchase management, this paper
focuses on ABC classification method,and whorlsteel purchase while price
keep fluctuating.
Finally, in the aspect of construction site material management, this
paper focuses on the contrast analysis that the planes arrange diagram of
