【摘要】中医药之所以能够长期存在并经久不衰,在于其防治疾病的有效性。中医的的理论思维都源于中国古代哲学思维,当时占统治地位的哲学思想如精气学说、阴阳学说和五行学说都很好地融入中医的原创思维中。中医药工作者应在继承优良经验的基础上,运用现代科学技术诠释之,从而达到新的认识,创建出新的理论为现代临床服务,这样也许对中医能有科学性的认识,从而使得中医踏上可持续的发展之路。

Abstract: The reason that the TCM can exist long and keep prosperous lies in its efficacy in preventing and treating theoretic thought sourses from Chinese ancient philosophic thought;at that time the ruling philosophic thoughts,such as Essential Qi theory,Yin Yang doctrine and Five Elements doctrine,all rate into the material thought of contemporary TCM staff shall apply modern sci-tech to explain them on the basis of inheriting good experiences,thus get new thought,set up new theory and serve the modern clinic,thereby we can have scientific recognition to TCM and make TCM step in the sustainable development way.

中医学作为中国优秀文化的重要组成部分,延承了数千年中华民族长期与疾病作斗争的丰富经验,并深受中国古代哲学思想的影响和指导,经过长期的医疗实践积累,并同其它学科互相渗透,又受到其它医学的影响,使中医学逐渐形成并发展为自己独特的医学理论体系,为中华民族的保健事业和中华民族的繁衍昌盛作出了巨大的贡献。
1 中医是哲理之医学
任何一门学科都受一定哲学思想的指导,中医的理论思维源于中国古代哲学思维,当时占统治地位的哲学思想如精气学说、阴阳学说和五行学说都很好地融入中医的物质思维中,《素问·宝命全形论》道:“人身有形,不离阴阳。”其与中国古代哲学的鼻祖《周易》以及后来的《老子》《庄子》等也都有着密切的联系。张介宾在《类经附翼》中的《医易义》一文中,比较系统地论述了医学与哲学的相互依存、相互为用的辩证统一关系。首先,张氏在理论上比较有力地论证并强调了易学对医学的指导作用。此前虽有提及,但均为一言半语的论断和感受,从无系统论证。张氏不但肯定这种指导作用,而且揭示了医学与易学
