摘要目的:确保手术患者用药安全、有效、便捷、经济,提高术中用药药学服务水平。方法:创建手术药房,执行“规范化、标准化、精细化”的全程跟踪管理,实行多元化、动态化的药品控管和专业化的配送。结果与结论:手术室药品安全、有效得到保证,手术患者用药更为便捷、经济,医院药品管理效率进一步提高。

abstract objective: to ensure the safe,effective,convenient and economic use of medications of operation patients and improve pharmaceutical service level of medications in operation. methods: a pharmacy for operation was established,whole-process follow-up management of normalization,standardization and meticulosity was executed and diversified and dynamic drug control and management together with professional dispensation and distribution were carried out. results & conclusion: the safety and effectiveness of medications in operation room was guaranteed and the convenient and economic use of medications for patients was ameliorated,which made the management of hospital medications more efficient.
