新型铁路客站规划后评价研究*
——我国新型铁路客站规划后评价的实证分析与解读

摘要铁路客站规划对其功能的实现非常重要。基于对铁路客站的先导性调研和规划理论问题剖析,构建了铁路客站规划后评价的
指标体系,从交通功能协调性、运输需求适应性、城市功能协调性 3 个方面,对我国已建成并投入使用的 10 个铁路客站进行了规
划后评价,并通过多维尺度分析研判客站评价结果的分布。最后,给出了我国新型铁路客站规划及更新建议。

ABSTRACT The planning of railway station is of great importance to the achievement of the function. Based on railway station
preliminary investigation and planning theory analysis, this paper builds the evaluation index system of passenger in the aspects
of traffic function coordination, transportation demand, urban function coordination,to conduct post evaluation of the planning
for 10 railway stations in China, and analyzes the distribution of station evaluation results by means of multidimensional scaling
analysis. Nevertheless, the paper proposes several suggestions for the planning and renewal of new-type railway station in
China.
