Review the Planning and Practice of Xi’an Green Space System Since 1953

摘要:西安有着其独特的城市背景,本文主要阐述 1953 年至今西安市四次总体
规划中城市绿地系统规划的演变及 1949 年至今西安城市绿地系统发展实践,总
结各个时期绿地系统规划的特点和存在的问题。通过对绿地历史演变的发展推
断,从步行系统和自行车系统出发,结合旅游、商业发展和居民生活需求,提出
对于西安城市绿地系统发展的构想。

Abstract : Xi'an has its own unique background , this article briefly describes the
urban green space system planning during the four master planning of Xi'an since
1953 , and the green system development practice since 1949 , summarize each
period features and green space system planning problems. Historical evolution of
green space through the development of inference, from the pedestrian system and
cycling the system, combined with tourism, commercial and residential, suggestion
for further development of the concept of urban green space in Xi'an.

1. 西安的城市背景
西安古称长安,是历史文化旅游名城。独特的地理气候位置和历代都城选址
营建,造就了西安独特的空间格局。秦岭与八水形成了西安的山水构架。西安市
绿地系统由大的山水格局和城内的人工绿地共同组成,经历了从注重形式、单一
化到注重功能、多元化、系统化的进步。
