基于有限元分析的瓦楞机支撑侧板结构优化设计

摘要: 目的研究瓦楞机支撑侧板在复杂应力作用下的动态特性。方法通过 Pro /E 建立瓦楞机支
撑侧板模型,运用有限元分析方法对侧板原结构和优化后的结构进行模态分析,并将前后模态分析结
果进行对比。结果得出了侧板原结构和优化后的结构的前 5 阶固有频率和模态振型图,分析结果
显示侧板原结构产生了扭转振动、摆动和弯曲变形,优化后的侧板结构变形减小,刚度增加,固有频率
提高约 25% ,质量减轻约 83 kg。结论侧板结构优化是比较合理可靠的,可以为结构优化设计提供
一定的参考依据。
