分步压装装药的安全性分析

摘要: 介绍了分步压装工艺中装药结构的特点, 利用大型冲击模拟加载装置对不同密度的高能炸药药柱进行了
安全性模拟实验, 并对实验结果进行了理论分析。结果显示, 在无缺陷条件下, 装药点火阈值较高; 在含缺陷条件
下, 孔隙率越大, 点火阈值越高, 说明提高装药质量, 可以提高装药的抗过载安全性; 装药中保持一定的孔隙率可以
提高装药的抗过载能力, 从而说明了分步压装工艺装药密度分布对装药的抗过载安全性是有利的。

The Safety Analysis of the Step-Press-L oad ing Charges

Abstract: T he characteristic of charge structure in step p ress loading charge are introduced. T he safety
simulation test of h igh exp losive w ith various density is p rofo rm ed by a big impact loading unit and the
experimental results are analyzed theo retically. T he result show s that the ignition th resho ld value of the charge
w ithout defect is h igher. Fo r charges w ith defect, the mo re the vo id ratio, the h igher the value, indicating that a
h igher quality charge can imp rove the safety of overload resistance of charge, the specific vo id ratio can enhance
over load capability, and the density distribution of step p ress loading is beneficial fo r safety of overload resistance
of charge.
