我国工业固体废弃物研究

摘要:论文研究目的是指在充分利用由工业固体废弃物转化为可循环的再生资源墓础上,努力寻求替代资源的渠道,尽可能地保护既有的、静态的地下资源,使其消耗量最大限度地减少,直至逐步实现接近一次资源零消耗的目标。论文通过对国内外工业固体废弃物综合利用现状进行调查、分析、测算,对我国工业固体废弃物综合利用效益的指标进行探讨,指出其不完整性,进而提出效益评价的指标体系,在理论探讨上做了初步尝试。最后,在上述研究基础之上,提出对于提高我国工业固体废弃物综合利用效益的几点建议,第一、加强资源消耗与工业固体废弃物综合利用的系统控制,第二、解决我国工业固体废弃物综合利用效益评价的不完整性,第三、增加科技投人和实现规模经济,第四、树立资源消费与再生利用的连锁观、系统观,第五、实现政府部门的宏观管理与控制。

Abstract: the purpose of the paper refers to the full utilization of industrial solidwastes by turned to recycle renewable resources foundation tomb, try to seekalternative resources channels, as far as possible to protect existingunderground resources, static, the consumption of minimizing, until gradually realize close to a zero consumption of resources  paper through carries on the investigation, analysis, calculation prehensive utilization ofindustrial solid waste at home and abroad, discusses the industrial solid prehensive utilization benefits of our index, pointing out its integrity, and put forward the index system of efficiency evaluation, in the theoretical study on the preliminary attemp. Finally, based on the above research, put forward to some suggestions to improve China's industrial solid prehensive utilization benefit, first, to strengthen the control of system resources consumption and industria
