SWOT分析法在神农架旅游公司战略管理的应用
摘要
企业战略规划对于企业发展具有举足轻重的地位,战略制定的过程也就是对企业各个方面进行分析的过程,而SWOT分析法是现在做战略规划时一种常用的分析工具。利用SWOT分析方法,确定企业本身的竞争优势(Strength),竞争劣势(Weakness),机会(Opportunity)和威胁(Threat),从而将企业的战略与其内部资源、外部环境有机结合。因此,明确企业的资源优势和缺陷,了解企业所面临的机会和挑战,对于制定企业未来的发展战略有着至关重要的意义。
经济的增长,带来旅游业高速发展。旅游者在游历山水同时,需要酒店能够提供舒适,设施完整。位于世界中纬度拥有亚热带森林系统的神农架景区,居然未能提供五星级酒店服务,无疑对旅游业的发展带来不利的影像。回顾过去的20年,中国酒店业的发展历经了20世纪80年代初的茫然无措,20世纪90年代初的突然启动至后期的回落,再回归到现在的生机盎然。它历经二十多年的风雨兼程,生命力愈加旺盛。据数据显示,我国的酒店业在2004年继续稳步增长,2005年随着旅游行业的复苏,开始进入新一轮的发展周期。
作为风景区,神农架拥有世界中纬度地区唯一保持完好的亚热带森林系统,是一块未开发的蛋糕,吸引着投资商的目光。本文就联系国内的旅游业、酒店业与神农架风景区目前的发展,为在神农架风景区拟建设五星级酒店做一个SWOT分析,并作出结论,就酒店的未来发展进行展望。

ABSTRACT
Strategic planning for enterprise development, plays a decisive role, strategy formulation process is to analyze various aspects of the business process, SWOT analysis and strategic planning is now doing mon analytical tool. Using SWOT analysis to determine petitive advantage of the enterprise itself (Strength), petitive disadvantage (Weakness), opportunity (Opportunity) and threat (Threat), and its corporate strategy to the internal resources, external bination. Therefore, the clear advantages and disadvantages of enterprise resources, understand the business opportunities and challenges facing, for the development of pany's future development strategy has a crucial importance.
Economic growth and bring rapid development of tourism. Landscape tourists traveling the same time, need to be able to provide fortable hotel, plete. Latitude in the world has a subtropical forest system in the Shennongjia area, but still not able to provide five-star hotel services, tourism development will undoubtedly have an adverse the past 20 years, the Chinese hotel industry has experienced in the ear
