摘要
通过技术创新来提高自身的市场竞争力,从而实现可持续发展,是我国
公路运输企业面临的迫切问题。本文以国内外学者关于企业技术创新的过程
模式、公路运输业技术创新状况以及现代物流的发展与公路运输业的关系等
方面的相关研究成果为基础,对公路运输企业技术创新的目标定位及其实现
进行了透视和分析。公路运输企业与一般的生产制造企业不同,它的主要职
能是为生产、销售提供物流服务。“服务”是公路运输企业的终极“产品”,
由此决定了公路运输企业的技术创新内容主要体现为“服务创新”。以推进
“服务创新”为核心,本文阐释了公路运输企业在开展服务创新过程中决策
创新、运输“产品”(技术)创新、市场(营销)创新、管理创新几个环节
的重要性及其具体的创新内容。在上述研究工作的基础上,从系统论出发,
对公路运输企业技术创新各环节之间的协同关系进行研究,并提出公路运输
企业创新过程一体化的构想。本项研究,将对我国公路运输行业的自主创新
研究给予思路上的支持,并对其他类型运输企业创新工作的开展提供一定的
启示和借鉴。

Abstract
The pressing problem which road transportation enterprises in China are
facing is to improve their petitiveness through technological
innovation to achieve sustainable development. Based on the research about the
process model of technological innovation in enterprises, the innovation
conditions of the road transportation industry as well as the relationship between
the development of modern logistics and transportation industry by the domestic
and foreign scholars, the target localization and realization of technological
innovation in road transportation enterprises are analyzed in perspective in this
