摘要
范式是人们观察世界和实践科学的一种方法,是一门学科中一般研究人员所
共同掌握的基本理论、基本观点、基本方法和技术手段的综合体,并为该学科规
定了发展的方向。科学发展表现为建立新范式、抛弃旧范式,即范式转换的科学
革命。农业综合开发模式是指根据一定的物质技术和经验知识及自然科学原理解
决一定的农业开发问题的模型和模式。农业综合开发模式的转变与科学的发展都
是高度竞争和选择的演化过程,连续性和非连续性相互交替。因此,范式转换原
理对于研究现阶段我国农业综合开发模式转变具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。文章
用历史的方法,从动态的角度探讨我国农业综合开发模式转变。
20 世纪 40 年代以来,科学技术的迅速发展不仅使科学技术本身在许多领域
取得了惊人的突破,而且对社会生产、生活的各个方面也产生了深刻的影响。在
农业综合开发中,无论是深度开发还是广度开发,都需要依靠科技进步,需要研
究、引进和利用现代科技成果。根据我国农业综合开发的发展过程,通过对现阶
段我国农业综合开发模式面临的反常进行深入地剖析,指出了现阶段开发模式存
在的粗放型、低效型、封闭型弊端。依据科学技术是第一生产力的思想,提出我
国农业综合开发模式转变的对策和建议,以推动我国农业综合开发模式转变,促
进我国农业由传统农业向现代农业转变。

Abstract
Paradigm is the way that people observe the world and practise science, and it is
also a synthesis of elementary theory, viewpoint, method and technological resorts of
a subject which is mastered together by monly personnel, and stipulates the
development direction for this discipline. The science development performs
establishment of the new paradigm and abandonment of the old one, namely the
revolution of paradigm transform. The pattern of integrated agricultural development
refers to the model and the pattern to solve the certain development questions on the
basis of the certain matter technology and the experience knowledge. The pattern of
integrated agricultural development transformation and the science development are
both the processes of petition and the choice evolution, the continuity and
the non- continuity mutually takes turn. Therefore, it plays a certain role for reference
and thought-provoking in studying the pattern of integrated agricultural development
transform by using paradigm transform. On the viewpoint of trend, this article is to
discuss the pattern of integrated agricultural development transformation by historical
mean.
