摘要
本文基于大量的数据统计资料,以实证分析和规范分析相结合的方法,对我国
产业结构调整对农村剩余劳动力转移的影响进行了系统的分析,通过对我国农村剩
余劳动力产业间转移现状的描述,引入计量经济模型,采用相关和回归分析方法,
进一步证实我国产业结构调整对农村剩余劳动力转移的影响,并对影响所带来的结
构性偏差问题加以分析,最终得出政策性结论。
本文首先重点综述了国外经典的产业结构的演进理论以及产业结构演进过程中
农村剩余劳动力转移的理论,为下面分析我国产业结构调整对农村剩余劳动力转移
影响奠定较强的理论基础;同时介绍了国内的相关研究动态,进而引出自己的研究
方向。在理论分析的基础上,紧接着进一步分析了产业结构调整与农村剩余劳动力
转移的相互作用关系。产业结构的演进在对农村剩余劳动力转移带来正面影响的同
时,还会带来负面影响——即结构性失业,并且对劳动力提出许多新的要求以适应
产业结构的转换。文章的主体部分从产业、产业内部以及地区间产业结构方面列举
了我国产业结构调整的现状,并紧接着描述了我国产业结构调整中农村剩余劳动力
转移就业的情况,同时结合国外产业结构调整中农村剩余劳动力转移的情况来谈。
在描述分析的基础上对所收集的大量数据加以处理进行实证,从产业、产业内部以
及地区间产业结构方面进一步证实了我国产业结构调整对农村剩余劳动力转移的影
响,而影响带来的结果,就是不同程度的结构偏离,并对产生偏离影响的原因做了
一些定性的分析。农村剩余劳动力需转移,众所周知,只是如何转移,不知道怎样
安排更好,因此,文章的最后就针对以上的问题,结合产业结构调整提出了相关的
对策。

Abstract
Based on large amount of statistical data, using normative and empirical analysis the
thesis analyses the effect of China's industrial restructuring on transfer of surplus rural
labor force. Through the description of China's rural surplus labor transfer and
introduction of the econometric model, we use correlation and regression analysis to
further confirm the effect as well as the impact of the structural bias and then make the
ultimate policy conclusions.
This paper first summarizes the classical theory of evolution of the industrial
structure of rural surplus labor so as to make a basis for the following analysis. Meanwhile
introduces the domestic research developments and leads to my own research. On the
basis of theoretical analysis, we further analyze the interaction of industrial restructuring
and transfer of rural surplus labor. The progress in the transfer of surplus rural labor to
bring positive effects will have a negative impact- structural unemployment and raise
many new requirements to meet the industrial conversion. The article lists the status of
