摘要
本文从 20 世纪 60 年代开始出现的西方“管理理论的丛林”这一现
象着眼,来探讨现代西方管理哲学在哲学观上的分歧,以及这种分歧对
管理理论带来的深刻影响。由于现代西方管理哲学在哲学观上是直接受
到现代西方哲学影响的,因此选择“现代西方哲学与现代西方管理哲学”
的题目入手研究。从宏观上看,现代西方哲学的各种派别基本可以归入
两股思潮:一股叫科学主义或理性主义思潮;另一股叫人本主义思潮或
非理性主义思潮。而现代西方众多管理理论所构成的“丛林”中,能真
正成为管理哲学基本路线的也只有两种,一种是科学的、标准的、数量
化的、分析的、确定的、超越管理者和被管理者存在之上的路线;一种
是人本的、混沌的、不确定的、权变的、随机的、参与的路线。很明显,
现代西方哲学与现代西方管理哲学在发展“思路”上存在着逻辑的关联
性。从微观上看,科学主义思潮中的实证主义、实用主义、分析哲学的
分析方法、结构主义的结构方法,分别与人本管理中的科学管理理论、
经验主义学派、管理职能学派、管理系统流派有着哲学观或方法论上的
关联性;人本主义思潮中的意志主义、弗洛依德主义,分别与人本管理
中的人际关系学说、行为科学有着哲学观上的关联性,而存在主义则对
管理中人的因素的研究有着巨大促进作用。

Abstract
This phenomenon of western management theory jungle that this text appeared since
60 times of the 20th century is had in mind, to probe into the difference of modern western
managed philosophy on the philosophy view, and the deep influence that this kind of
difference brings to the management theory. Because modern western managed
philosophy it was influenced on the philosophy view by modern western philosophy
directly, so topic to choose “modern western philosophy and modern western managed
philosophy” start with and study. In view of macroscopic, various groups of modern
western philosophy can basically include in two whiffs ideological trends: one whiff is
called scientific doctrine ideological trended or rational doctrine ideological trended;
another whiff is called humanism or irrational doctrine ideological tended. And in “jungle”
that modern western numerous were thieves form, two kinds can really e the
manage philosophy basic line, one scientific, not standard, quantity, a definite one,
surmount administrator that analyze and administrator; one humanism, a uncertain one,
adaptability in tactics, a random one, a route of participation originally. In view of
