社会技术哲学视域下的制度异化研究

摘要
现今学术界对于制度的关注更多集中在制度的变迁、制度的创新等方面,对于
制度极为重要的特性“制度异化”却没有充分地重视,对制度异化已有的研究非常
薄弱,大多是就具体制度的异化现象而论,还没有形成统一完整的概念和对其本质
的更深入的认识。制度是一种重要的社会技术表现形式,需要将其放入社会技术哲
学的视域下进行观照。国内对于制度异化的研究,也正因为没有把将其纳入社会技
术哲学的视野才会如此薄弱。社会技术概念的兴起和社会技术哲学的形成,正好提
供了这一适时宜的契机。借助该视角和理论工具观照制度异化现象,具有很强的可
行性和应用前景。
社会技术话语中的制度,并不是价值中立的,在其身上附着着主体的价值诉求,
而制度异化的本质正是制度主体价值的负向实现。制度的价值属性来源于制度的结
构、属性和功能,主体价值附着于其中,对这三方面进行分析可以找到制度异化的
具体形态,包括:制度结构价值的负向实现、制度属性价值的负向实现、制度功能
价值的负向实现。究竟是什么决定了制度异化可以存在?论文给出了三方面的原
因,包括制度自身内在方面的二重性矛盾、制度外在运行的巨系统复杂性特征、主
体方面的认识局限和价值观失当。如果异化真的不可避免的,该怎样弱化异化的消
极影响呢?制度的二重性矛盾和制度运行的复杂性都有其必然性,一时之间难以克
服和跨越,制度异化的弱化和消解应该着重从主体方面进行思考。本文深入人类制
度理性的核心,在经验理性和建构理性两种制度理性之间穿梭,对表现两者固有缺
陷的工具理性和价值霸权主义进行了批判,提出以寄寓价值诉求的社会技术来中和
制度本然矛盾的设想。这样既避免了工具理性的消极影响,又为制度的价值理想找
到了实现的工具和途径,可谓一举两得。

Abstract
Present the Academia concern in institution change、institution innovation for the
institution,extremely important institution characteristics"the alienation of institution" has
not fully attention,the research has been very concern on specific terms of
the alienation,there is no unified concept of integrity and the understanding of nature
in-depth. Institution is an important manifestation of social technology,need to put into the
observation of domain of philosophy of social domestic research of
institution alienation,it is so weak because of not be included in the vision of philosophy
of social technology. The rise of the concept of social technology and the formation of
philosophy of social technology, providing a timely opportunity .With the perspective and
theoretical tools for observing the phenomenon of the alienation of institution,has a strong
application and good outlook for the feasibility.
Institution in the social technology,not value-neutral, be attached to the value of
subject,
