马克思社会政治哲学视域下的民生问题研究

中文摘要

民生建设对于国家与个人发展具有重要的意义。民生建设开展需要科学的理
论作为指导。马克思社会政治哲学是科学理论之一,也是指导我国民生建设的重
要依据。马克思终其一生都在关注民生问题,并为民生问题解决进行了全面而深
入的理论研究与实践努力。同时,民生问题是马克思社会政治哲学的原动力。民
生问题是历史唯物主义的前提和出发点。关切民生是马克思批判理论形成的推动
力量。另外,民生是马克思共产主义理论的落脚点。民生建设的成功有赖于科学
的社会政治哲学的指导。在这些哲学中,马克思的社会政治哲学是重要的内容,
能够对民生建设发挥理论指导意义。
民生不仅是马克思社会政治哲学的原动力,也是该哲学的重要应用领域。马
克思社会政治哲学理论对于民生建设也具有重要的启示意义。首先,解决民生问
题是构建社会和谐的基础,是促进社生产力发展的重要前提。其次,坚持以人为
本则是民生问题的本质,是民生建设的准则。再次,民生建设应该以体制改革为
根本保障。最后,马克思社会政治哲为民生问题解决提供了方法论的启示。这些
方法体现在四个方面。一是以物质资料的生产和再生产为根本途径;二是发展公
平教育;三是促进有效就业;四是完善社会保障体系。

Abstract
The livelihood issues is important for development of the country and the
individual. Livelihood issues are carried out with scientific theories. Marx's theory of
social and political philosophy is one of them. Marx pays attention to the lifelong in
the longlife and solve the problems by theoretical research and practice . Meanwhile,
the people's livelihood is the driving force for Marx's social and political philosophy.
Livelihood issues are prerequisite and starting points of historical materialism.
Concerning about the livelihood of the people is the formation of Marxist critical
theory driving force. In addition, the people's livelihood is foothold of the Marxist
theory .
Livelihood is not only the driving force of social and political philosophy of
Marx , but also the application fields of philosophy. Marx's theory of social and
political philosophy has positive enlightenment for people's livelihood. First,
