一、设计意义
优良的学校环境,可以提供应师生更多的创造空间与动力,提升教学效果。前英国首相丘吉尔曾说:“我们先塑造环境,环境再塑造我们。〞表达了环境塑造的重要性,说明了环境会影响人类的行为。学校环境,与教学效果息息相关,好的学****环境会提高教师的教学兴趣与效果,激发学生的求学兴趣,通过潜移默化的环境教育功能,陶冶学生情操,构建健康人格,培育面向未来、全面开展的学生。
培养一流的学生,需要一流的师资,也需要一流的学校环境。规划一流的校园环境,营造浓厚的学校环境文化,正是我们努力的方向。
二、设计目的
深刻挖掘、提炼、梳理菏泽一中的文化理念等,确定个体、群体行为的标准性、视觉识别的统一性、校园风格的特***和环境气氛的文化性,建设自由、快乐、温馨、向上、和谐的菏泽一中,营造优美、生动、多彩的学校文化,使学校环境文化起到润物无声、潜移默化的育人作用。
三、设计作用
1、陶冶学生的情操,使学生形成正确的人生观、价值观和世界观。优美的校园环境犹如春风化雨、润物无声。如诗如画的校园风光、布局合理的校园建筑、美丽怡人的校园景致、整洁有序的林荫道路、美观科学的教育布置、文明健康的教育设施等都给学生以巨大的精神力量。学生在优美的环境中受到感染和熏陶,舒心怡神,触景生情,因美生爱,从而激发学生热爱学校、发奋学****的情怀。丰富多彩、健康高雅的校园文化,对低俗的文化和各种消极不健康的思想也能起到很好的抑制作用。

四、设计原那么
学校是教育的场所,学生是学****的主角,学校建筑环境应顺应教育的需求,处处以情感人、以景育人,以“人本化,人性化,可持续开展〞为原那么,为师生创造一个优雅宜人,欣欣向荣的学****工作环境。
:校园环境宜以自然为主,不宜过多制造人工景观,宜多种树、少种草,使学校三季有花,四季常青,不求名贵,但求生态平衡。
:采取分隔、机动、灵活变通等多种方式来运用空间,满足教学、学****活动、休憩的多元特点,进行多用途设计。
:传播学校文化内涵,以人为中心进行规划布局,充分考虑师生日常学****活动便捷合理。在进行外部空间设计时,充分考虑外部空间的可参与性与内部环境的可协调性;在进行景观设计时,结合校园特点,到达人与自然和谐共存。

五、设计定位
文厚景怡、品位高雅的人文校园
阐释:
文厚景怡:菏泽一中是一所具有一百多年悠久历史的文化名校,在环境规划中,一定要突出其特有的、厚重的文化气息。一方面要使校园环境怡人,使教师和学生心情舒畅,另一方面,是在怡人的环境中参加文化的营造,到达“润物细无声〞的环境育人目的。
品位高雅:校园文化建设是塑造学校形象,提高学校品位的重要标志。学校本着环境育人的原那么,努力做到以特色、温馨、高雅为目标,不断营造优美舒适、健康和谐的育人环境,培育品味高雅、文明向上的校园物质文化,树立良好形象、丰富学校内涵、提升学校品位、积累与沉淀一中独特的校园文化。学校通过文化景点、绿化、美化、香化来营造美的气氛和健康优雅、高品位的文化气氛,使校园蕴藏着高雅的情趣美,隐现出深厚的修养美,让学生接受美的熏陶,接受潜移默化的情感感染。从而表达学校深厚的文化底蕴,以便具有教育性、人文性,不断构建浓郁的人文环境,使学生在优美的环境中感到心旷神怡,同时又能受到浓郁的文化熏陶。

人文校园:对学生来说学校是他们主要的生活环境。以人为本,积极营造学校的文化气息,通过审美教育对学生进行文化的熏陶与影响,从而构建一个人与环境高度和谐的精神家园。
“文厚景怡、品位高雅的人文校园〞,这一定位既结合了菏泽一中的学校现状,又考虑到学校的未来开展,以简洁概括的文字描绘了学校的整体环境规划。
第二局部建筑文化设计营造
菏泽一中的建筑依据功能可划分为三个群落--核心群落〔教学区和办公区〕、生活区、体育活动区。
从整体来看,学校布局合理紧凑,办公教学区、体育活动区、生活区、绿化区划分科学、合理,相得益彰。楼群以灰白色为主,辅之以蓝灰色,显得庄重典雅,又不乏现代感。突出了菏泽一中积极向上的时代气息和源远流长的文化韵味。

菏泽一中的整体布局合理,但是没有进行系统全面的学校环境文化规划,因而在原有的学校文化积淀的根底上,针对高中生自身的特点,对教学楼、办公楼、学生宿舍楼、校园景观等进行命名和规划。
一、核心群落
包括办公楼、实验楼、图书馆、考务办公室、学术报告厅和三座教学楼,是学校的核心区域。
楼命名:主要是根据各楼的功能不同来提炼,依据菏泽一中的核心理念来延伸,使之作为一种隐性文化来反映菏泽一中的学校理念,启发师生的智慧。

教学楼:厚积楼、泽贤楼、厚德楼、厚教楼、惠远楼
女生公寓楼:假设水楼、胜芳楼
男生公寓楼:嘉禾楼、友声楼、乐群楼

〔1〕一楼大厅
办公楼的一楼大厅是学校的窗口,其文化气氛应该是学校整体文化的缩影,建议将此处建为学校文化展示厅。
左边墙壁,设计为学校文化展示墙。把菏泽一中的校徽设置在墙中央,以校徽为中心,核心理念“厚泽天下〞环绕在校徽上方;下方用学校的标准字题写校名;两侧题写“三风一训〞和教育理念、办学追求。
右边墙壁,设计为学校荣誉墙。根据墙面的尺寸制作一块展板,展示内容为:学校历年取得的奖牌、奖杯、奖状和名人题词的拍照写真。
〔2〕二楼中厅
二楼中厅面积较大,呈半开放式,拟把此处建为菏泽一中百年校史展览厅。
厅的墙壁上可按照一定的顺序,悬挂见证菏泽一中百年开展的照片。
厅中空地可设置四到五块古典形式的展架。采取图片与文字相结合的形式简介校史,使师生及外来人员在这里对菏泽一中的百年历史有一个直观的了解,感受一中百年开展的沧桑〔具体见效果图〕。

办公楼走廊的规划应表达教师队伍严谨庄重、敬业爱岗、团结和谐的职业道德的要求。
一层设计主题:华夏五千年文明。展示中华民族五千年的优秀文化开展史,用图文并茂的形式,展示中华民族璀璨的古文明。比方,敦煌莫高窟的飞天、秦始皇陵兵马俑等。
二层设计主题:学高为师,身正为范。对教师进行敬业奉献、爱国守法的职业道德教育,使教师认识到肩负责任的重大,突出严肃的教育气息。
三层设计主题:名校精神。内容主要是中外著名大学的办学理念、办学精神等。给学校管理层以启迪,并增进广阔教师对名校精神的理解。
四层设计主题:文化生活。选取丰富多彩的文化生活系列,让教师在闲暇时间,开阔视野,放松心情。
五层设计主题:书法艺术欣赏。源远流长、匠心独具的中国书法可陶冶情操。悬挂我国古今著名的书法大家的优秀作品,让老师接受书法艺术的熏陶,提高美学素养。
