伴随当今社会的现代化进程,青少年的道德问题越来越成为人们关注的焦
点,而在青少年道德教育中起主导作用的学校德育目前尚处于低效的状态。作为
青少年德育重要组成部分的中职生道德教育更是令人担忧。我们通过对广州市具
有代表性的五所职业中学学生的问卷调查和访谈,认为当前职业中学学生的道德
存在着政治观念淡薄,功利思想明显;学习动力不强,就业准备不足;是非观念
模糊,纪律观念松散;自控能力不强,言行脱节严重;人际交往失当,信任度较
低;日常行为偏差,课余生活欠健康;法制意识淡漠,性道德困惑等问题。造成
这些问题的原因是多方面的:从社会来看,有道德的“无序”、伦理的困惑、互
联网的发展等原因;从家庭来看,有家长对社会道德问题的悲观判断、家庭教育
的片面化、家庭物质条件的差异、家庭群体的特殊变化等原因;从学校来看,有
重规范传授,轻主体需求,重单向灌输,轻平等对话,重学生管教,轻养成教育,
重技能教育,轻人文教育等原因;从学生自身来看,有学生认识落后和学生的心
理障碍等原因。中职德育要走出困境,就必须结合职业中学学生特点和职业中学
教育特点,进行德育创新:首先,中职德育创新的根本在于德育观念的与时俱进;
其次,中职德育创新的主线是公民基本道德规范和职业道德品质的培养;再次,
中职德育创新的重点是德育教学的改革与创新;第四,中职德育创新的突破口是
在于学生健全人格的培养;第五,中德育创新的亮点在于创新能力和创业能力的
培养;第六,中德育创新的活力在于开展丰富多采的校园文化活动;第七,中德
育创新的关键在于形成德育合力。只有这样,中职学校的德育才能提高实效性,
中职生的道德品质才能健康发展。

up employment prepare shortage; The right and wrong idea are misty, the
discipline idea is lax; The control ability is not strong, the words and
