内容摘要
目的:白益母草中槲皮素的提取与分离,并鉴定此成分。方法:用70%乙醇对白花益母草进行提取,石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水萃取后,对乙酸乙酯萃取部分再利用柱层析进行分离及用薄层色谱进行比对,并对其纯度和结构进行鉴定。结果:得到化合物槲皮素。结论:该方法可有效分离得到槲皮素,并对其进行结构鉴定,为白益母草中有效成分的分离提取提供了依据,促进了蒙药白益母草化学成分的研究发展,对蒙药白益母草的应用起到了一定的作用。

ABSTRACT
Objective: To the separation and extraction quercetin from Leonurus artemisia(Lour.). (Migo) identified position of the chemical structure and properties. Methods:With 70% alcohol for extraction, we sertain pound A ,for extraction using TLC
identification and using the column chromatography separation. Purity and structure determine for it . Results: get quercetin Conclusion: this method can effectively isolated fromLeonurus artemisia(Lour.). (Migo) for the structure of appraisal, and the quercetin in the flower of effective ingredients provides basis extraction, and promote the development of the study drug separation of the application of Leonurus artemisia(Lour.). (Migo) played a certain role.
