摘要:人们生产和活动带来的环境污染与破坏,让地球环境问题越来越严峻。其中包装带来的污染更为突出。绿色包装又可以称为无公害包装和环境之友包装,根据3R+1D 这一原则,分为可重复使用、可重复再生、可食性、可降解材料,指对生态环境和人类健康无害,能重复使用和再生,符合可持续发展的包装。所以绿色包装是包装学科的发展方向,也是中国包装业的可持续发展之路。近年来随着生活质量的不断提高,人们对食品包装材料的要求也越来越高,因此新型的环保的包装材料也越来越受到重视,本文阐述了绿色包装材料的基本定义与分类, 介绍了几种绿色包装材料的研究进展和促进绿色包装材料发展的措施,最后探讨了绿色包装的发展前景。
