锂云母硫酸盐法提取锂铷铯的研究

摘要:采用硫酸盐法综合回收锂云母中的锂、铷、铯。结果表明,以硫酸钾、硫酸钙、硫酸钡作为混合盐,锂云母与混合硫酸盐质量比为1︰,在900 ℃焙烧1 h后稀酸浸出,锂、铷、%、%、%。浸出液经净化除杂后,浓缩沉锂,可获得零级碳酸锂,沉锂母液可用于铷、铯回收。

Extraction of Lithium, Rubidium and Cesium from Lepidolite by Sulfate Process

Abstract:Lithium, rubidium and cesium were extracted from lepidolite by sulfate process. The results show that leaching rate of lithium, rubidium and cesium is %, %, % respectively when lepidolite was mixed with 20% potassium sulfate, 10% calcium sulfate and 15% barium sulfate, roasted at 900 ℃ for one hour, and leached with dilute acid. Zero-grade lithium carbonate can be obtained from purified lixivium, and rubidium and cesium can be recovered from mother liquor of lithium precipitation.

我国锂云母资源丰富[1]。%左右,且含有铷、铯等多种价值较高的金属元素,综合回收可以大幅提高锂云母开发的经济效益。以锂矿石为原料提取有价金属的方法主要有石灰法[2]、氯化物法及硫酸盐法[3-5]、硫酸法[6]、熟石灰及联合法[7-8]、氯氨法[9]等。本文采用硫酸盐法综合回收锂云母中的锂、铷、铯,为提高锂云母开发效率、提升锂云母综合竞争力开辟途径。
