摘要:中心城区就业密度大,人口集中,原有交通功能无法满足大型城市综合体建成后日益增长的车流、人流需要,交通问题更加突出。本研究以重庆市新牌坊地区中渝国际都会大型城市综合体项目为例,通过对区域交通需求进行预测,从道路网络规划、公共交通规划、停车系统规划、人行系统规划等方面入手,提出立体交通规划系统改善方案,系统化地解决新牌坊地区交通拥堵问题。

An Research on the Three-dimensional Transportation planning of Large plex in the Central Urban Area——with Zhongyu International Metropolis as an Example

Abstract: the central urban area has great employment density and centralized population. The original transportation functions can not meet the ever increasing traffic stream and stream of people after the large plex was established, which highlights the transportation problem. This research would take the project of large plex of Zhongyu International metropolis as an example, predict the future requirements of regional transportation, analyze the work planning, public transportation planning, parking system planning, pedestrian system planning and finally propose the improvement plan for the three-dimensional transportation plan system to solve th
e problem of traffic jam in the new memorial archway area systematically.

一个城市的中心城区是经济区域内生产和交换集中的地方,对周围地区产生较强的经济辐射作用,它们承担组织和协调区域经济活动,进行着生产、服务、金融和流通,中心城区就业密度大,人口集中,交通组织困难。城市综合体是将城市中的商业、办公、居住、旅店、展览、餐饮、会议、文娱和交通等城市生活空间的三项以上进行组合,并在各部分间建立一种相互依存、相互助益的能动关系,从而形成一个多功能、高效率的综合体[1]。大型城市综合体建成后,将吸引更多的人流、车流和物流,对原有交通造成更大压力。本文以重庆市新牌坊地区中渝国际都会大型城市综合体项目为例,通过对区域交通需求进行预测,从道路网络规划、公共交通规划、停车系统规划、人行系统规划等方面入手,提出立体交通规划系统改善方案,系统化地解决新牌坊地区交通拥堵问题。
中渝国际都会项目总建筑面积约237万平方米,总投资200多亿元人民币。项目定位为集新商业、新商务、新居住为一体的城市新地标及两江新区商业服务核心,规划有50余万㎡高端商业及购物中心、58万㎡甲级写字楼、近12万㎡超五星级酒店、24万㎡国际公寓及精品住宅,是具有复合城市功能的超大型城市综合体。中渝国际都会项目所在新牌坊片区是渝北区的核心地带,也是重庆市城市总规中确定的“观音桥-新牌坊”城市副中心的重要组成部分,
