探究区段切除术在非哺乳期乳腺炎患者治疗中的效果

[摘要]目的探析区段切除术在非哺乳期乳腺炎患者治疗中的效果及临床价值。方法回顾性分析区段切除手术治疗56例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者。总结患者治疗手段、疗效和复发情况。结果56例患者左侧29例,右侧26例,双侧1例;年龄18岁~54岁,平均(±)岁。患者白细胞增高的5例(5/56,%),接受细菌培养29例,发现细菌感染的3例(3/29,%),本病乳头凹陷或发育不良者本组为20例(20/56,%),本组接受钼靶摄片的患者为14例,6例怀疑为乳腺癌(6/14,
%),切口拆线一期愈合51例,切口张力较大延迟愈合3例,2例手术失败再次手术,1例再次手术后一期愈合,另1例采用中医敞开换药直至愈合。随访无复发,所有病人对外观相对满意。结论非哺乳期乳腺炎多为非细菌感染,区段切除术在非哺乳期乳腺炎患者中安全性好,手术成功率高,术后恢复情况较佳。
