应用近红外透射光谱法测定水稻种子直链淀粉

摘要以 124 份水稻种子为样本利用-Tecator 公司的型近红外谷物品质分析仪对样

Abstract: One hundred and twenty-four samples of small amount of rice grain were scanned by Foss Tecator Infratec 1255, and
their amylose contents were determined by chemistry method. With the WINISI calibration maker software, several mathematics
treatments to the sample spectra and several different regression methods were adopted t
