晚期食管癌支架置入术后放疗和化疗的
价值

【摘要】目的评价晚期食管癌支架置入术后放疗和(或) 化疗的价值。方法通过对 53 例晚
期食管癌患者前瞻性随2 机对照研究,比较单纯支架置入术组与支架置入术后放疗和(或) 化疗组的总
生存期、生活质量( KPS) 评分及并发症发生率。结果单纯支架置入术组与支架置入术后放疗和
(或) 化疗组相比,治疗后的吞咽功能分级、KPS 评分、并发症发生率差异无显著性;再狭窄发生率分别
为 9/ 27 和 1/ 26 ,差异有显著性( P = 0. 007) ,两组平均生存期分别为(245 ± 41) d 和(262 ± 43) d ,差异
无显著性( P = 0. 813) 。结论晚期食管癌支架置入术后续行的放疗和(或) 化疗降低了再狭窄的发
生率,未延长患者的生存期。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the benefits of post stenting radiotherapy and/ or chemotherapy for
unresectable esophageal carcinoma. Methods Fifty three patients with unresectable esophageal carcinoma were
randomly divided into two groups : patients in group A ( n = 27) were treated with stenting alone , and those in
