摘要

随着中国对外交流与合作的进一步深化以及 2008 年北京奥运会和
2010 年上海世博会的即将举行中国的翻译市场面临着极大的机遇同
时中国巨大的翻译市场也吸引着许多内资与外资公司进入该领域对
于翻译公司而言也是巨大的挑战
面对着机遇与挑战翻译公司只有通过有效发挥其兼职翻译的能力
才能在激烈的竞争中胜出 AL 翻译公司的兼职翻译队伍目前还无法完全
满足 AL 翻译公司的经营目标和战略目标因此作者以 AL 翻译公司为主
线研究了 AL 翻译公司和 YQ 翻译公司现行的兼职翻译管理模式发
现共性与特性试图以人力资源管理的理论结合 AL 翻译公司的实际为
其提出完善的方法
本文先详细介绍了 AL 翻译公司的现状现行的兼职翻译管理模式
以及在此模式下存在的问题然后通过问卷调查和访谈分别对 AL 翻译
公司和 YQ 翻译公司的现行兼职翻译管理模式进行了调查发现了兼职
翻译和翻译公司之间对于现行的兼职翻译管理模式的不同认识以及差
距在此基础上运用人力资源管理理论对现行的兼职翻译管理模式进
行了分析并提出了建议在文中作者结合在翻译公司的工作经验
提出翻译公司成立一个翻译支持中心为单个翻译或项目小组提供技术支
持保证翻译质量并通过更新发展翻译支持中心来整体提升翻译公司的
翻译质量

TRANSLATORS IN AL PANY

ABSTRACT

With the development of Chinese foreign exchange and cooperation and
encouraged by the ing Olympic Games 2008 Beijing and Expo 2010
Shanghai, there is a great opportunity in front of Chinese translation industry.
However, the huge Chinese translation market also attracts numerous
domestic and panies, which is a challenge to Chinese translation
industry.
Faced with such opportunity and challenge, panies can
eed critically based on the full and effective management of part-time
translators in the petition. The existing translator group of AL
pany (hereinafter referred to as AL) cannot satisfy the
business object and strategic object of pany, so the author studied its
management mode of part-time translators, with the mode of YQ Translation
Company (hereinafter referred to as YQ) studied as a referential and
comparable case, in order to find the improvement for AL.
In this thesis, the author first introduced AL and its management mode of
part-time translators. Then he took a survey among AL’s part-time translators
and a talk with the AL’s part-time-translator manager to find the effectiveness
of AL’s current management mode of part-time transl
