微生物肥料是以微生物的生命活动导致作物得到特定肥料效应的一种制品,是农业生产中使用肥料的一种。本设计对年产30000吨微生物菌肥工厂进行设计,主要包括工艺流程设计、设备计算与选型以及绘制相应的图纸。
本设计中的发酵工艺以固氮菌、解磷菌,解钾菌为菌种,酒糟废液为主要原料,采用机械搅拌式发酵罐发酵。设计的主要内容包括原料的处理,无菌空气制备,种子扩大培养,发酵过程中温度、pH、培养基、溶氧量等各项参数的设计,以及产物的提取过程。其中发酵罐的设计采用了通气搅拌式发酵罐的设计理论,并根据微生物发酵特点,提出了依据产量来进行工艺参数计算的设计思路,即通过物料衡算、热量衡算来对罐体各项参数和电机搅拌功率进行确定,最后得出每年300个工作日,以大约120 h为一个生产周期进行生产。发酵罐体积15 m3,换热面积6 m2,电机搅拌功率20 kW。为了满足生产需求,需要5个发酵罐。

Abstract
Microbial fertilizers used in agricultural are a fertilizer in that microbial life activities bring plant a specific fertilizer effect. The manufacturing technique of a factory that product 30000 tons of microbial fertilizer annual are designed, including process design, equipment selection and calculation and draw the corresponding drawings.
The nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate solubilizing bacteria, potassium solubilizing bacteria are used as predominance strains and lees waste as raw materials, in the design using mechanical agitation type fermentor. The main design parameters include the processing of raw materials, sterile air preparation, seed expansion of cultivation, fermentation temperature, pH, medium, dissolved oxygen and other parameters of design and product extraction. One fermenter was designed with ventilation stirred fermentor design theory, and according to microbial fermentation, it was proposed to carry out production process parameters based on calculation of design ideas, through the material balance, heat balance on the tank to the parameters and motor agitation power to determine, finally reached 300 days a year, to about 120 h to produce a production cycle. Fermentor volume is 15 m3, heat transfer area 6 m2, stirring motor power 20 kw. In order to meet production requirements, five fermentation tanks are used.
