摘要
本课题旨在通过EDTA(乙二胺四醋酸二钠)络合滴定法和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测硫糖铝中铝含量,并通过比较各种方法的优劣,得到测定铝含量的最佳方案。其中,EDTA络合滴定法是通过比较直接滴定法和反滴定法在二甲酚橙和双硫腙指示剂作用下检测的铝含量的大小来评价。本试验结果显示EDTA反滴定法中使用二甲酚橙作为指示剂,结果准确,更加适用;石墨炉原子吸收光谱法采用标准曲线,试验表明铝在2--1范围内,吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程A=-,r2=。石墨炉原子吸收光谱法操作简便快速,适合于大量样品同时检测,但只适合用于检测微量铝含量,且在转移过程易造成误差,并不适合
用于精密测量。

Abstract
This paper aimed to by EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic Acid Disodium) complexometric titration method and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopic method for detection of sucralfate in aluminum content, pare the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. plexometric titration of aluminium content by parison of titration and back titration with xylenol orange and dithizone indicator function detection to evaluate the size. The test results showed that xylenol orange on the determination of aluminum high sensitivity, EDTA back titration method, accurate results, more applicable. The standard curve method is used for the atomic absorption spectra of graphite furnace. The results showed that the absorbance and concentration of Al in the range of 2--1 are linear with the concentration of the graphite furnace, and the regression equation A=-, r2=. The atomic absorption spectrometry of graphite furnace is simple and fast, and can be used for many samples and time saving. But it is suitable for the detection of trace aluminum content, and the transfer process is easy to cause error, so it is not suitable for the precision measurement.
