[摘要] 新世纪的教育,是人才竞争的时代,胡***曾指出:当今经济全球深入化发展,科技进步日新月异,国际竞争日趋激烈,知识越来越成为提高综合国力竞争的决定性资源,教育的基础性,先导性,全局性地位和作用更加突出。那随着时代的发展和经济浪潮的冲击,当好一校之长难,当好一所好学校的校长更难,一个好的校长就等于一所好的学校,一所好的学校离不开一个好的校长。在倡导素质教育和人才竞争如此激烈的当今社会,创新教育管理显得如此重要,而一所好学校所体现出来的学校管理氛围也应该是人们所推崇的。

Abstract:The education in the new century is the day of petition . Hu Jintao pointed out : Nowadays economy develops deeply all the world . Science and technology make grate progress . petition is very intense day by day . Knowledge is the determinant resources which petition in overall national strength . Education ‘s basic , leading , over all situation ‘ position and effect are highlighter than ago . With the development of times and the shock of economy tide , it is difficulty in acting as president of school , more difficulty in acting as headmaster of a good school . petent president is equal to a good school which can’t do without a qualified president . In society today , advocating quality education and keen talent petition , innovation in education management appears such significant . School management atmosphere of a good school also should be held in esteem by people .
