Abstract
The control device of minimum flow of the feed water pump is the automatic protector of the feed water pump. Rk the surplus of effective cavitation erosion water pump is the automatic protector of the feed water pump. In operating the power plant, the geometirc height has already e definite value, the resistance of sucking the water pipe is reduced with reduction of the flow of the water pump, so cavitate effectively the surplus increase with the reduction of the flow instead. But feed water pump must cavitate surplus while being total, with the reduction of the flow, increase after reducing. This is because the axle power, to flowing through the nearly pressing under heat insulation of the water pump, except supplying water and obtaining certain energy in the pump, other wasted work are turned into heat energy. Will cause Wen Sheng of pump water when surfacing can't totally take it away ing. It because and not last surfacing and the end at impeller rings sealed first and after equilibrium device let out if turning on the water , last water pump entry , cause into the rising of water temperature , press the head after improving the corresponding vaporization , thus strengthened the total surplus of cavitation erosion , this phenomenon, with the reduction of the flow, the reducing of the water pump efficiency, the wasted work is transformed for increase of healing of heat energy, until the fact that a total one must cavitate surplus equal to effective cavitation erosion at the surplus, this flow is named allowing the flow minimumly[18]
