摘要
设备管理信息化是企业管理信息化的主要内容设备管理信息系统的开
发将有助于提高设备综合利用率减少停机时间提高设备管理和维护人员
的工作效率减少维护成本
本文主要是围绕公司设备管理和维护的信息系统设计和开发而开展的
在总结了国内外设备管理与维护的发展历程特别是设备维修思想和维修方
式的基础上从企业当前设备维护的实际情况出发提出了设备预防性维修
体系建立的三个阶段确立了设备管理系统的总目标详细分析了该系统开
发所需的信息需求和处理需求主要信息包括设备故障人员工具备
件等主要流程包括报修受理派工填写维修日记等建立了该管理系
统的信息模型图规划了系统的功能模块分析了维修工作的数据流程图
进行了系统的逻辑设计主要是信息系统中基表的建立以及主要模块的流
程图论文介绍了系统功能系统结构和系统网络架构并分别就系统的功
能对系统应用作了介绍
该系统针对企业需求能够对设备管理和维护的各种信息进行管理并
对维修工作流程进行管理同时考虑了设备的保养工作计划和设备故障数据
积累该系统已在企业进行了应用并发挥了有效的作用

Abstract
Computer aided equipment management is the main content for enterprise management.
The development of equipment management information system is help for improving
comprehensive utilization and working efficiency, and reducing machine stop time and
equipment maintenance cost.
This thesis focuses on the design and development of equipment management information
system for a automobile pany. After analysis equipment maintenance method and
current management state, three stage works had been present to create equipment maintenance
architecture, and the total target for equipment management system had been introduced.
System information requirement is analysis, for example, equipment failure and spare part, as
well as staff and tools. Work process requirement is analysis, for example, maintenance
application and acceptance, as well as work distribution and maintenance report writing. The
system information model (Entity- Relation Chart) is created, and system function is introduced.
After creating the base table and work flow, the logic design for system is done. At last, the
system structure work frame is introduced.
Focusing on the enterprise requirement, the system can manage all the equipment
maintenance information and maintenance workflow. The system is brou
