[摘要] 目的研究保鲜袋用于男性尿失禁病人的护理效果。方法将60例小便不能自控病人随机分为两组,一次性尿套外接尿袋组30例及保鲜袋组30例。观察泌尿系感染、***皮肤水肿、尿液外漏、皮肤湿疹等方面的情况。结果保鲜袋组接尿效果明显优于一次性尿套外接尿袋组。结论保鲜袋接尿法是一种简便、经济、有效的方法,节省人力、物力,减少了并发症的发生,方便临床护理。

The Nursing Study of Storage Bags on Male Patient with Urinary Incontinence

[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing effect of food storage bags on male patients with urinary incontinence. Methods 60 patients that could not control urination were randomly divided into two groups, the urine-bag group had 30 cases with one-time-use urine bags and the storage bag group had 30 cases with storage bags to collect urine. The influence was observed in two groups: urinary tract infection, skin edema on the penis, urine leakage, skin eczema. Results Curative effect on the cases with food storage bag group was better than with urine-bag group. Conclusion Collecting urine with food storage bags was a simple, economical and effective way. It could save man power and nature resources, plications on the cases, clinical care also benefited from it.
