摘要:根据3018柴油机曲轴给定的参数,依据经验公式和实际情况,对曲轴的结构尺寸进行改进。在适当的简化下,利用三维软件Pro/E,建立曲轴的三维实体模型。然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS完成曲轴仿真振动(模态)的分析,并收集仿真模型数据,得出曲轴的前几阶模态,得到曲轴的固有频率和振型。结果表明,曲轴的固有频率均高于工作转速对应的频率,不易产生共振;曲轴在低阶频率下,主要以弯曲模态为主,随着阶数的增长,变形也随之增大,但变形发生的部位有所不同。通过模态分析的研究,研究该发动机曲轴振动机理,并提出相应的改进措施,降低曲轴振动。

Vibration Analysis of Engine Crankshaft
Abstract:According to the parameters of 3018 diesel engine crankshaft is given, on the basis of the empirical formula and the actual situation, the structure size of crankshaft is improved. In the simplified, using 3D software Pro/E, a three-dimensional model of the crankshaft. Then using finite element analysis software ANSYS plete the simulation of crankshaft vibration (modal) analysis, and collect the data of simulation model, the first few modes of the crankshaft, and obtained the natural frequency and vibration mode. The results show that, the natural frequency of the crankshaft are higher than the working speed of the corresponding frequency, not easy to produce resonance; crankshaft at low frequencies, mainly in the bending mode, with the order of growth, deformation increases, but the deformation of different parts. Through the research of modal analysis, research on the mechanism of the engine crankshaft vibration, and put forward some corresponding improvement measures, reduce the crankshaft vibration.
