现代教育体制下的教师职业生涯规划

摘要:在现代教育体制的大背景下,我国正在进行以素质教育为重点,以课程教学改革为核心内容的教育改革。教育及其课程教学改革能否有效地推进和发展,关键在于教师,在于教师自觉能动作用的充分发挥。因此,作为一名师范类毕业生,鉴于刚刚毕业,有必要制定自己的一份职业生涯规划。教师职业发展规划帮助教师在了解自己的基础上,制定与专业发展密切相关的人生与事业的目标。

Abstract:In the modern context of the education system, our ongoing focus on quality education, to reform teaching the core content of educational reform. Education and teaching reform can effectively promote and develop the key lies in teachers, because teachers consciously active role into full play. Therefore, as a normal class graduates, in view of recently graduated, there is a need to develop their own career planning. Teacher professional development program to help teachers understand their own, based on the formulation and professional development is closely related to the life and career goals.
