摘要
我国食品和包装机械行业起步于20世纪70年代,在80年代末和90年代中得到迅速发展。已成为机械工业中的10大行业之一,无论是产量,还是品种上,都取得了令人瞩目的成就,为我国食品工业和包装工业的快速发展提供了有力的保障。目前,我国已成为世界食品和包装机械工业生产和消费大国之一。
本论文通过对我国食品和包装机械的行业发展历程及所形成的企业特征、行业的现状及发展方向、行业的发展环境、与世界先进水平的差距以及行业中存在的突出问题等多方面的分析,总结出一套将改革企业管理模式、积极提高产品质量,延长产品无故障使用寿命、积极进行技术创新,提高企业核心竞争力、提高从业人员素质,做好必要的人才储备、建设企业文化、加强企业信息化建设和大企业战略,联合发展等多种发展方式相结合的适合中国食品和包装机械企业的发展战略。

ABSTRACT
China Food and Packaging Machinery industry started in the 1970s and developed rapidly in the late 1980s and 1990s, which has e one of 10 major machinery industries. Both output and varieties have made remarkable achievements and ensures rapid development of Food industries and packaging industries. So far, China has e one of major countries of word food and packaging machinery industrial production and consumption.
This paper analyses China Food and Packaging Machinery industry development and formation of enterprise feature, industry status and development goal, industry development environment, the gap on the advanced world level and outstanding problem and summarizes a set enterprise reform management model. Improve product quality, extend product lifetime without fault, carry out employees, reserve necessary person well, construct enterprise culture, strengthen construction of enterprise information and large enterprise strategy, Explore somekinds binative development strategies that suit to China Food and packaging Machinery enterprise.
