1. Purpose:
The procedure is established to define environmental protection control process of Gemtek product
and authority of each department in order to ensure ply with laws and regulations of
world countries and customer requirements.
2. Scope:
All finished product, assembly part, component, material and packing material used by suppliers &
pany and material for reworking, solution or subordinate material used in manufacturing
process.
3. Definition:

4. Authority/Responsibility:
QA Department
Responsible for searching international laws and regulations for environmental protection
and assisting sales department to confirm with customer about product environmental
protection specification
Responsible for internal green product consultation and project progress
Assist Purchasing department in supplier approving and auditing in order to ensure
products provided by supplier are pliance with Gemtek environmental protection
requirements.
Responsible for establishing and executing relevant inspection procedure and
specification for green products from ing to shipment referring to regulations in
