文档介绍：生态农业技术专业核心课程学生导游职业能力培养探析
摘要本文以生态农业技术专业核心课程蔬菜栽培技术为例,在教学过程中,通过导游业务素质培训、撰写农业导游词、现场模拟导游讲解等教学形式,初步探索专业课学生导游职业能力培养的教学效果。实践表明,加强专业课学生导游职业能力的培养,一方面有助于调动学生的学习兴趣,提升生态农业技术专业学生的综合职业能力;另一方面丰富了蔬菜栽培技术这门课程的教学方法,对类似专业课的教学具有很好的借鉴意义。

Analysis on Training of Student Tourist-guide Professional Ability of Specialized Core Curriculums in Ecological Agriculture Technology――A Case Study of Vegetables Cultivation Technique

Abstract The case studied the vegetable cultivation techniques,specialized core curriculum in ecological agriculture technology,in the teaching process,through the teaching forms such as training tourist-guide service quality,mentaries of agriculture,simulating tourist- teaching effects of training students′ tourist-guide professional ability on specialized core curriculums was preliminary showed that strengthening students′ tourist-guide professional ability training,on the one hand,to motivate students′ interest in learning,improve the ecological agriculture technology students′ comprehensive vocational ability;on the other hand,enriched the teaching methods of vegetable cultivation techniques,and had very good reference value for teaching similar specialized c
