一般过去时
一般过去时是描述过去某个时间发生的事情/动作/状态的时态。
He arrived in Chongqing an hour ago.
他一个小时前到了重庆。
Where were you just now?
你刚才去哪里了?
We went shopping yesterday.
我们昨天去逛街了。

一般过去时
Be动词的一般过去时结构:主语+was/were
eg: He is happy. They are happy.
变过去时 He was happy. They were happy.

过去完成时
定义:过去完成时是表示在过去的某一个时间或动作之前已经发生或完成了动作(即过去的过去). 一般可以根据by/ when/before/after/by the end of last year等词判断。
I had had my breakfast before the school bus came.
我在校车到之前就把早饭给吃完了。
She had bought the milk when her mother asked her to buy some.
她妈妈叫她去买点牛奶,但是她已经买过了。
