摘要
铁路是一个国家国民经济运行的大动脉。通过信息技术增强铁路行业的竞争实力,是使其扭亏为盈、迎接新世界挑战的基础和前提。铁路是一个庞大的企业,包含了运、机、工、电、车辆等专业部门,各部门之间围绕铁路运输协同运作,为保证部门之间信息畅通,指挥列车运行和编解列车,因此铁路需要一套完整的专用通信。
列车开行时,为了避免撞车,。随着通信和计算机技术的发展,使得行车控制可以考虑新方法,利用卫星进行定位,通过无线通信方式进行列车与基站之间的数据传输和控制。
本文根据GPS定位技术的特点设计了行车定位系统,结合GSM-R与地面以及列车之间传输列车位置动态数据,设计出一种新的行车顺序控制方法,以较低的成本达到安全保障、提高行车效率、改善经营管理,并实现联锁列控一体化。全线区间不设传统的轨道电路,做到系统简单、现场设备少,维护工作量小,具有集中监测和智能化特点。通过本论文的研究,为在铁路系统中实现列车的精确定位做出了具有积极意识的探索。

ABSTRACT
The railway is the most important factor of the national economy. Through information technology to enhance petitiveness of the rail industry is to turn around and meet new world challenges the basis and premise. Railway is a huge enterprise, including transportation, machine, industry, electricity, vehicles and other professional departments, between departments railway transport corporately run around to ensure ministries information flow, command the train operation and codec the train, so railway need plete set of munication.
When trains line, in order to avoid a collision, the order need to implement traffic control. The signal system is now used for this purpose the signal interval. As munications puter technology, makes the new method of traffic control can be considered, the use of satellite positioning, munications for data transfer between adjacent train and control.
Based on the characteristics of GPS positioning technology I designed vehicle positioning system, with GSM-R and ground transfers between the train and the location of the train dynamic data, to design a new traffic control order, with a low cost to security, improve the driving efficiency, improve management, and realize the interlocking column accused of integration.
