摘要:目的探讨重症中暑的急诊救护体会。方法总结与分析8例重症中暑患者的临床表现与其急诊救护经验。结果 8例患者均经过实施了有效的急诊救护措施,7例成功救治并出院,住院时间在1~15 d,平均(±)d;其中1例仍存在意识障碍住院治疗。结论在重症中暑患者的急诊救护治疗中采取及时、有效的降温措施,及时纠正水电解质的紊乱,保护其重要脏器的功能十分关键,可显著提高患者的急救成率,并对患者进行防暑知识的宣教,有助于预防中暑症状的发生。

Abstract:Objective To explore the experience of emergency rescue of severe Summary and analysis of 8 cases of severe heatstroke patients with clinical manifestations and emergency rescue 8 patients after the implementation of the emergency rescue measures,7 cases of essful treatment and was discharged from hospital,hospitalization time in 1~15 d,the average(±)d;1 case still had consciousness disorder In the emergency treatment of patients with severe heat stroke
,timely and effective cooling measures should be taken to correct the disorder of water and electrolyte in time and to protect the function of ans,significantly improve the patient's first aid rate,and the patient's knowledge of heatstroke,help to prevent the occurrence of heatstroke symptoms.

中暑系指长时间在高温和热辐射的作用下,机体的体温调节受阻碍、水电解质发生紊乱、以及神经系统功能受损害等症状的总称[1]。据《职业性中暑诊断标准》(GB11508-89)[2],中暑分?橄日字惺睢⑶嶂⒅惺罴爸刂⒅惺睢F渲兄刂⒅惺钪饕?是由于机体长时间暴露于高温高湿及不通风的环境中,从而导致其核心体温快速升高,超过了40℃,且引起谵妄、惊厥、甚至昏迷等症状的一种严重临床综合征。根据临床表现的不同,重症中暑又分为热痉挛、热衰竭和热射病。本文现将对8例重症中暑患者的急诊救护体会进行总结分析,如下。
