[摘要] 虚拟物流是现代物流的发展趋势,虚拟物流组织内部企业整体库存
的最优成为亟待解决的问题。本文把联合库存管理的思想引入虚拟物流库存管理中,
介绍了虚拟物流联合库存管理的运作模式、组织结构和各结构下的库存控制方法以
及库存策略。针对虚拟物流联合库存的实施,本文提出了可行的步骤,为虚拟物流
库存和未来企业库存提出了解决思路。

The Jointly Managed Inventory in Virtual logistics

Abstract: Virtual logistics is the trend of development for modern logistics. The problem of optimum of whole Inventory of enterprises inside the virtual anization should be solved immediately. This paper introduces the thought of Jointly Managed Inventory (JMI) into inventory management of virtual logistics, and points out the executing models, structures, ways of inventory controlling beside certain models and inventory strategy. According to carrying JMI into execution, this paper introduces some possible steps, thoughts of solving problems in virtual logistics inventory and enterprise inventory in the future are pointed out.

虚拟物流与联合库存管理
随着现代物流技术和信息通讯技术的发展,一种以计算机网络技术进行物流运作与管理,实现企业间物流资源共享和优化配置的新兴的物流模式诞生了,这就是虚拟物流[1]。虚拟物流不同于传统物流。比如,传统的物流需要置备大面积的仓库,而电子商务、信息网络化的虚拟物流将分散在各地的分属不同所有者的仓库、车队、码头、路线通过网络系统地连接起来,使之成为“虚拟仓库”、“虚拟配送中心”,从而进行统一管理和配套使用。这样的虚拟物流企业具有人才优势、管理优势、信息网络化优势以及高技术化趋势,而它
