These Procedures stipulate the requirement and method for preventive action establishing, implementation and verification with the purpose of conducting analysis for potential unconformity causes, and take necessary control to avoid the occurrence of unconformity.

Office is a management department for preventive action control, it monitors and audits the implementation of preventive action of respective departments; it collects and analyze quality information associated with Systems of respective departments; anizes departments concerned to conduct cause-analysis, to urge departments concerned to forward suggestion of preventive action, make plan or preventive action execution based on analysis results, it verifies and summarize the effectiveness of preventive action execution, to send reports to management representat
