摘要:庄路-京津塘高速公路拱桥的结构设计十分新颖,双线主桥采用跨径为 70 米的双铰型上承式拱形结构,结构构件纤细轻巧,体现了设计的先进性和经济性。然而,由于该拱桥的断面复杂,导致结构受力和施工工艺十分复杂,且施工难度大,使得设计人员在结构设计时必须考虑成桥后的结构受力和变形状态以及施工全过程中的结构受力和变形状态的不断变化,而按照现行规范和采用目前已有的计算软件都难以解决设计计算中所存在的一些问题,甚至有些问题如施工过程中的应力状态和变形状态的变化难以通过计算去加以解释。因此,迫切需要对该拱桥的设计计算进行充分的计算分析,并在结构施工中通过测试试验,掌握拱桥结构在施工各个阶段的受力和变形状态以及成桥后拱桥结构承载能力,并及时对该工程结构的设计和施工提出合理的建议。

ABSTRACT:The structural design of the arched bridge located in Zhongxinzhuangroad-Jingjintang expressway in West Area of Development Area was very elements was light and handy and the structure gave expression to the advantage and economy in design because the two-hinged deck arch domes with 70m span length was used in the main bridge with double-lines. high difficulty of construction and so on appeared due to plex cross-section of this arched bridge. Designer must have taken consideration for the structural stress and deformation after the arched bridge was built and given thought to the changes of the structural stress and deformation during the whole process of construction. But, some problems in design calculation could not be resolved according the applicable codes and current calculation software; During structural construction through test, the stress and deformation of the arched bridge in different steps was understood; the bearing capacity of the arched bridge after it was built was understood; rational advices were provided for the design and construction of the bridge in time.
