苏泊尔电饭煲CFXB50YB8-70包装设计
摘要:以电饭煲的形状与特性为出发点,选择蜂窝纸板和瓦楞纸箱来进行包装设计,即结构设计、尺寸设计、缓冲垫和防振设计。

引言
冲击和振动是包装件在流通过程中受到的两种主要负荷,为实现包装减损,包装结构必须有合理的缓冲能力,缓冲包装的目的是在运输,装卸过程中当发生振动,冲击等外力作用时,保护被包装产品的性能和形态。
家用电器的缓冲包装材料多采用泡沫塑料。泡沫塑料回收困难, 对环境污染较大。在欧、美、日等发达国家和地区已经开始研究并运用新的材料替代泡沫塑料, 并对进口产品的包装进行严格的限制。从绿色、节能、环保等角度出发, 蜂窝纸板是一种很好的新型包装材料。
瓦楞纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品,既可以用作运输包装,又可以当销售包装使用。它有质量轻、价格低、对商品保护功能全等特点与优势。这里选用瓦楞纸箱作为外包装。
1 产品分析和定位

:运输包装能承受多次装卸、跌落、各种运输方式、起吊、堆码等外力作用而无损坏。应保证在整个流通过程中具有防水、防潮、防盗、防晒等保护功能,确保产品完好无损。包装在达到各种标准的基础上,要尽可能的减少包装成本。

可能造成包装及产品损坏的因素:
:本产品的流程较长,中转环节较多,装卸搬运次数也较多。在装卸作业中,以人工装卸为主、机械装卸为辅。因此,在此过程中,抛掷、堆垛倒塌、起吊脱落、装载机械的突然起动和过急的升降都会对商品包装件造成跌落冲击损害。
