废旧锂电池的回收和综合利用研究

[摘要]锂离子电池由于其本身所具有的诸多优点,目前已广泛的应用于手机、笔记本电脑、摄像机等便携式设备中。文章综述了国内外废
旧锂电池回收处理的发展情况,介绍了废旧锂离子电池有价金属回收技术,如湿法技术、干法技术等等。在我国电池的回收率很低,且存在诸
多矛盾和问题,在此基础上,文中提出了提高认识,建立健全废电池回收利用网络和管理体系以及政策法规等对策与建议。

The Research of Waste Lithium-ion Battery Recycling and prehensive Use

Abstract: Lithium-ion batteries because of its itself has many advantages, has been widely used in mobile phones, laptops, cameras and other portable devices.
The paper reviews the domestic waste recovery and treatment of the development of lithium batteries, lithium-ion battery introduced waste valuable metal recovery
technology, such as the wet technique, the dry technique. The recovery rate of lithium-ion batteries was very low in our country, and there were many contradictions
and problems. On the basis, the paper proposes to raise awareness, establish a sound battery recycling, work and management system, policies and regulations.
