【摘要】目的:探究分析采用天麻素联合眩晕停治疗眩晕综合症的临床效果,继而指导临床治疗。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院在2012年1月至2014年1月间收治的98例眩晕综合症患者的临床资料,根据治疗药物的不同,将本组患者随机分成对照组和实验组,各49例,对照组患者给予单纯眩晕停治疗,实验组患者给予天麻素联合眩晕停治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果:%,%,实验组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<);%,%,实验组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<)。结论:对于眩晕综合症患者,临床给予天麻素联合眩晕停的治疗效果较好,能够显著提高临床治疗有效率,降低不良反应情况,安全可靠,值得临床推广。
