摘要:目的:本文主要探讨当归补血汤加味治疗产后发热的临床应用价值。方法:在我院2012年1月至2014年12月期间所诊治的产后发热患者中选取58例作为此次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用抗生素进行治疗,观察组患者给予当归补血汤进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者在治疗总有效率、白细胞计数以及退热时间等方面明显优于对照组患者,P<,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对产后发热患者而言,给予当归补血汤进行治疗,有助于提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,安全性较高,谨推荐于同道,供临床参考。

[Abstract]Objective:To study the Danggui Buxue Decoction in the treatment of postpartum fever clinical :the treatment of puerperal fever patients during December in our hospital from January 2012 to 2014 selected 58 patients as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group patients were treated with antibiotics,patients in observation group were given Danggui Buxue Decoction pared two groups of patients with therapeutic :Observation of patients in the treatment group,the total efficiency,leukocyte count and the cooling time is obviously superior to the control group,P<,the difference is statistically :for patients with postpartum fever,given Danggui Buxue Decoction treatment,help to improve the treatment effect of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,high safety,I would like to mend to the fellow,for clinical reference.
