教务管理系统是一个教育单位不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于老师的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要,所以教务管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理文件信息,这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、保密性差,另外时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。
随着科学技术的不断提高,计算机科学日渐成熟,其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识,它已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。
作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对教师信息信息进行管理,:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高教学管理的效率,也是企业的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。
因此,开发这样一套管理软件成为很有必要的事情,在下面的各章中我们将以开发一套教务管理系统为例,谈谈其开发过程和所涉及到的问题及解决方法。
摘要:教务管理工作是学校教学工作的中枢,是保证高校教学机制正常运转的枢纽,它是一项目的性、计划性、适应性、创造性和科学性很强的工作。教务管理系统软件为教学将办公室带来了极大的方便。本系统属于教务系统的一部分,是一个发布子系统,该系统实现了成绩查询、教材查询、课表查询、期末考试安排表查询四大块。采用结构化设计技术进行设计,应用Microsoft公司的Visual Basic ,并利用Microsoft Access 2003提供数据库。

Abstract:The educational administration supervisory work is the school teaching work main center,and it is the guarantees that the university teaching mechanism normal work the key position. It is the sense of purpose, planned, compatible, creative and the scientific very strong work. The educational administration management system software has brought for the teaching the office enormous convenient. This system belongs to the educational administration system a part, which is an issue subsystem. This system realized the result inquiry, the teaching material inquiry, the class schedule inquiry, the terminal examinations arrangement table inquired four bulks. Uses the structurize design technology to carry on the design, and development kits carry on the development using Microsoft Corporation's Visual the Basic, and 2,003 provides the database using Microsoft Access.
